Text Compare Enhancements
- Ability to download and compare webpages or internet files directly from URL
- Inline text editing in the compare frame
- Changed text is highlighted
- Changes can be saved to original and/or merged to other file
- Manually re-sync compare from selected lines in either pane
- right-click on the line where you'd like the comparison to begin and select "align manually"
Folder Compare Enhancements
- Threaded folder compare for improved speed and performance
- better handling of very large folder comparisons
- Threaded folder merging
- merge (copy) folders not existing in one source
- Tree-style directory structure for folder comparisons
- collapsible nodes for subdirectories
- double-click a file or folder to launch a new comparison in a new session
- Switch folder comparison method on the fly (basic, full, or smart)
Miscellaneous Enhancements
- Sessions provide a tabbed interface for multiple compares in the same application window
- Execution controls for playing, stopping, or refreshing a comparison
- Integration with UltraSentry to securely delete files and folders
